Orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days after confirmation. You will receive a tracking update once your order has been shipped.

Each Sabine creation is handcrafted and photographed to reflect its true appearance. Because every piece is unique and made with artistic intention, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or significantly differs from the product images shown.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

If the product matches the images and description shown on our website and is not damaged, the sale is considered final.
