Orders are usually shipped within 3–7 business days after confirmation. If a piece is not immediately available and needs to be made to order, production may take additional time. In such cases, the buyer will be notified before shipment.

We ship worldwide using trusted couriers. Please note that international customs or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@theanomalia.com. Include your order number and a short description of the issue.

RETURNS

Every Seraphic creation is handcrafted and photographed to represent its true form. Because of this, and the made-to-order nature of some items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or is significantly different from what was shown.

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos so we can assist you promptly.

If the product matches the images and description on our website and is not damaged, the sale is considered final.
