Each artwork by Elif Kemahlıoğlu is carefully packaged and shipped with full attention to its safety and authenticity.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–4 business days, and delivery times vary depending on destination.

All artworks are inspected before shipment to ensure they match the images and descriptions provided.

If the artwork you receive was falsely advertised or does not correspond to the images shown, you may request a return within 24 hours of delivery by contacting us at info@theanomalia.com with photos and a detailed explanation.

In any other case — including change of mind, size, or color expectations — returns are not accepted.

Each art piece is unique, handcrafted, and fragile, so we kindly ask for your understanding and care when handling your purchase.
